WHY CHOOSE US?
No exclusivity and no minimum of cases per month.
At LEXAW we do not ordinarily require for you to sign an exclusivity agreement and neither do we stipulate a minimum number of ATE Insurance policies per month.
Deferred Premiums
LEXAW can offer fully deferred ATE premiums on the policies.
Minimum reporting requirements
All we need to know is if the case has been won, lost, issued on, or if you wish to cancel the policy. There are no other reporting requirements.

Swift, simple and convenient procedure to request ATE Insurance cover.
We have no long application forms and all that is needed is very basic client and incident information. You can apply for After the Event insurance on-line through a dedicated website portal.
ATE policies are flexible with cancellations permitted in many situations.
You are permitted to request cancellation for the After the Event insurance even late on during the costs stages of a claim. If the policy is cancelled, ordinarily there is no penalty or even interest and hence nothing to pay.
